Is atheist and pagats the same?

Okay I see. My friend, Raul, he religions is puerto rican, he says to me pagats are boys who also like boys , so there are lots of pagats who answered my question. thanks you pagats! thanks always dolfins!

No they are not the same. Most pagans believe in higher beings, such as nature or even the Christian God.

Atheists do not believe in any god.

Your comparison is like comparing apples to coconuts.

Where do these "Pagans" get this idea that Atheists cannot be Pagans? You people do realize that "Pagan" is a simple word literally meaning "country-dweller" and also an infidel, and/or a non-Abrahamic. An Atheist fits both of those, so logically Atheists ARE Pagans in the sense of not being Abrahamic Theists.

SOME Pagans DO believe in deities and Nature. But don't mix categorize! Those people are called Polytheists and Pantheists.

An Atheist is one who does not have any faith.

A "Pagan" is very much a word that depends on context amongst other things.

Here are just a few.

As a Contemporary Spiritual movement - it is primarily a revival of Indigenous (pre-Xian) European Spirituality.

Although it has also to describe any Indigenous Spirituality. Often in a negative elitist way.

In a Biblical context it was used to describe the Romans.

As the modern Atheists do not fit any of those definitions - so the short answer is 'no"

Yes they are.  They are both "humanists" by nature and they will all eventually be going to h**l.  They may believe (pagans and athiests) that they are different and they have their own ideas, but really they are following lies and they're not in the truth

And they are not the same. Atheists believe there is no god and Pagans believe in many gods (but it is a very general term to describe anyone that is not christian, by some).
