    I won't know cuz I only eat 14 or 16 days balut...

    I can't bear to eat the chicks with all those feathers with the bones starting to take form...

  5. For me, DEFINITELY the bigger the better. More taste to the chick. The less the days, the smaller and more sipon-like the chick is. Bigger means crunchy and more meat =))

  10. No better is if its smaller.  When you ask people who eats balut,  they will say they like the liquid part most.  Also when the chick is smaller the orange part will be bigger.  Hence it is the par which taste more delicious.

  15. Size does matter.   Especially with Godzilla's eggs.  Now, that is one kind of balut I wouldn't miss.
