Is chemistry a hard class?

what skills do you need to succeed in it and how much work and studying do you need to put into it.

is it more being good at it or studying to get good

Just make sure you study hard and keep up. You cannot miss a day of it. It's so hard to catch up. But just make sure you study!

if you are doing A level in them, not reali, i just failed coz i didnt turn up, revise or get notes, and i just missed a pass lmao.

Chemistry isn't a breeze but it's not rocket science either. For me, the harder you study and try to understand it, the easier the class was. I guess it just depends on how hard you're willing to work. I think it's studying to get good at it, but if you have sharp math skills, it should be easier. There's a good bit of math and memorization involved so do what you think, just pay attention, do your own homework and you'll be fine. Good Luck!

It depends on what difficulty level you are taking and whether or not you have a good teacher.

In all chemistry classes you will be expected to know your way around mathematical concepts and analytical thinking.  At higher levels, you will have more complex and involved problems that may take a long time to solve, but should still be solvable.

If you're in an AP or college level course expect to do a lot of work, and have a bit of a harder time.

If you have a bad teacher for any chemistry class, you will probably have a hard time unless you are a good independent learner.  I would ask anyone you know who might have taken the class how the teacher is, and get a direct opinion.

depends on difficulty level you are taking....its an art really but i find it very fun...if you like puzzles you will do fine...
