Think about what it's used for in pools....to kill living things and keep anything from growing in there. Obviously it's not good for people at all just in the small amounts in pools its safe, you just need to wash it off your skin after.....When you get pure Chlorine powder on your skin it will burn you.

Chlorine is horrible for your skin and hair. It is best to swim in a pool that uses a substitute.

No, it dries out the skin and if you don't shower afterwards it sometimes causes rash.

No, it isn't. Make sure you take a shower after and apply a lotion afterwards.
