Like every other Aussie player...

He wont be able to cut in it the NRL so will goto the retirement village in the UK...

Lockyer was the worlds best fullback... should of never made the switch to 5/8, the defense and increased contact is pushing him to retirement!

Apparantly hes leaving at the end of the 09 season when his contract finishes up and will probably go to england for a couple years.

edit: dude luke, he won the golden boot for best 5/8 for a reason

and if he didnt make that switch broncos would of been stuck without a regular 5/8 and half and they probably wouldnt of won the comp in 06

i think you'll find he will go to the UK when his contract ends.. he is getting a lot older...
