Yes, just make sure you use Firefox web browser (even if it's not your favorite) to make sure you browse safely as fewer spyware programs exploit Firefox. Also good to scan your computer for viruses and spyware before you start using it especially for purchases.

Yup, it's safe. I been buying stuff from there for very good prices! Bargain happy. I never had an issue with eBay since I signed up for it. In fact, if you like to save money and buy stuff online eBay is for you. Just remember to look at the sellers customer reviews- I always do that (careful) when I buy items. So that's important. For security, eBay is secure "HTTPS" is 100% safe and secure through big companies (even Banks have HTTPS) compared to just "HTTP" which is not a secure connection. Bottom line, it's safe.
