do you think penn state running back austin scott will be convicted of rape when he goes to trial, or convicted of anything for that matter? if you read up on the case what would you think?

I am really close to him, I just need some opinions if u think I should brace myself for the worst...

I think he's guilty to some degree...i mean it wasn't a violent act of rape, but he did take advantage of her.

I dont think so. It sounds to me like he had a good time with a girl and she called the cops later so she could have some sort of fame or something out of it. If there is no proof of this "rape" taking place then nothing will happen and he will be allowed back in. but if she has proof or if people get mad about this and they dont want to look bad then they wont let him.

i think you should always brace yourself for the worst. unless he has really convincing evidence against it, he probably will get convicted of at least inappropiate behavior.
