Is he already spoiled?

My 13 months old baby won't sleep! He also won't stop being capricious and always has to get his own way... It has been happening since May and me as well as by husband can't take it no more.

He keeps waking up 2-4 times at night and is hysterical!

What do I do to "unspoil" him?

Your son is not spoiled. He is a baby. He is most likely teething, having growing pains or, having seperation anxiety.

Perhaps you can check for teeth and if he is teething give him some medicine for that.

If he is spoiled or not is depending on how you handle it! If you give in and let him get what he wants then yes he is spoiled. If he is just hard headed and keeps trying and trying to get his way and you won't let him then no he isn't spoiled. I have a VERY hard headed child and I don't let him get away with anything! He is 20 months now and still that way. All you can do is pick a set of rules and punishments for him and stick with them. He needs to learn you are the parent and what you say goes and that no amount of screaming of kicking will get his way. Good luck.
