Is he getting attached?

Question

ok so i am married and am currently in the process of seperating from my spouse.And this one guy that i use to date from 8 years ago found me online and we started talking, just texting and then phone conversations, now it has come to the point where i have seen him and we have engaged in sexual relations twice now. Both times that i have seen him, he takes me out to dinner and so forth. I told myself that I would not allow myself to get emotionally attached to him, so he left for the weekend and had already told me once, however he felt the need to send me a text message to let me know that he would be out of town and if i called and he did not answer this was why, and that he would call me as soon as he came back into town. He calls quite frequently, and we really have good conversations. I asked my best friend who is a male, why he would do this? I mean im not asking him any questions, as i feel this is not my place. What do you think, do you think he is emotionally getting attached or maybe old feelings have rekindled? I could have seen myself dating him longer that what we did, as i am very attracted to him, but now i don't know... need your opinions...

i think its cool tht u guys r dating, but not cool tht u have already had s*x... tht can ruin things

Sounds like the bloke is getting rather attached to you.  However, I do suggest strongly that you keep your emotions at bay as you may be rebounding after so long with your spouse.  You seem like an intelligent lass, I truly hope that you may use your mind over your heart in these situations with the gent.

kinda hard to get attached to someone who is already attached .If i was him id be very cautious starting something with someone who hasn't quit broken the string.
