ok so I sound really desperate but I just realy want to know.

Does a hug mean anything. Like for a guy in his 20s if he always touches you, touches your hand , hugs you tells you how much he loves you in a joking manner and that your beautiful and that sort of things I am just not sure bacause he is older that me a lot and has a gf is he just very friendly???

He sounds like he is being TOO friendly. He might just be a touchy feely kinda guy and that might just be the way he is, but from my point of view he sounds like someone that has his cake and wants to have ice cream too. If he has a girlfriend then don't let him touch on you. That's wrong.
