  1. Two per day will do.

  2. I had tried it and ended up at the doctor for increased heart rate. Those pills like that can actually blow your heart up. That's what I was told. Everyone reacts differently, so there is no way to tell. It's just whether you want to take the chance or not.

  3. listen. you are barley over 110 pounds and you want to take a pill designated for people over 300 pounds!!!??!?!??!. Just freakin work out and tone your body through hard work. god.

  4. Yes it is bad for you.  I don't understand why you would want to take more if it already made you feel crappy by taking 2.  These types of pills are useless and are harmful to your body.  There are much better ways to tighten up your stomach.  strength train 3 times a week and cardio 4 to 5 times a week and make sure to drink lots of water.  You should flush the pills hun.  Best of luck!

  5. It's definitely not good for you, but you sound really small. I would not recommend the full dose.

  6. I'm sure hydroxycut has all kinds of bad c**p in it for you.  It's another "Quick fix" scheme, so I highly doubt it would be anything good for you.

  7. It is bad for you, it basically makes you lose weight by pulling the water out of your body.  It could really mess you up because you NEED water.  I would suggest taking the suggested daily intake of fiber (25g) It worked for me to lose my little belly and it is good  for you.  The Fiber One bars taste real good too!
