Is it an ingrown hair!? HELP?

Question

Okay well, I have a red bump on my armpit, I shave there, and it was small but now I think it may be getting bigger. I thought it was an ingrown hair, but I put a warm cloth on it 3 times in a row, and I can't see a hair, also I tried squeezing it and blood came out.

It doesn't look like a pimpl really, it is just a red bump.. HELP!
