Its depend upon your degree... If companies recruit u from the college itself... Don't join... Its waste... If u think that u can't get any job by yourself... Just join for job security... Thats all...

not all NIIT centers are good one. check before you join and try paying in installments. Check the faculty who will teach you. check that how frequent faculty leaves the institution and try for specilization. instead of going for everthing.

gd one..ibm recruits frm ths on contract basis fr 1 yr..and makes permanent position..evn aacenture,ipro,satyam,tcs,deloite has started,,all d best..th content is excellent and faculty r industrial expet..
