what is the best way to keep cold cus its ******* hot i want to faint

some tips that i can suggest:

Dress in loose-fitting clothes that cover as much skin as possible. Lightweight, light-colored clothing that reflects heat and sunlight is best. Wear a hat when outside! or use an umbrella.. :)

Avoid the sun. Stay in the shade! If you’re in the sun, make sure you’re wearing sunscreen.

Don’t do too much or play too hard outside when it’s hot. You may need to take a cool shower when you come inside to help you cool off.
