i share everything with everyone and i am one of the healthiest pepole i know. exposing yourself to different types of germs helps your system build immunity. Unless you are prone to get sick easily, i'd say go for it!

Once its sharing with some one you love and trust you can share a drink but not with a stranger.

Well  I never see a problem sharing with people I know but a stranger that is what I have a problem with. At least you know some what what they have as far as germs
