Is it okay to dream everyday?

i always dreaming, wheneever i fell asleep, even if i sleep for only several minutes. i am rarely dreaming before. But in this two weeks, i keep dreaming everyday. So, it is okay for me? doesn't it have any effect? i heard that dreaming keep someone tired but i don't . it's just my head, feel like a fly sourrounded my head.

  1. If you are a human, you dream everyday. But remembering it is another matter.

    People don't remember dreams because they tend to relax the brain.  When you remember dreams, that is the function of your brain.  That is why if you remember lots of dreams, you may feel not so good when waking up.

  5. Like the dream doc says, you dream every night in your sleep but usually only remember some of them. Even the nights you do remember a dream, you may still have had several other dreams those nights that you don't remember.

    If the function of dreaming is to alleviate anxiety by displacing our personal concerns into safe images, remembering a dream would indicate an anxiety provoking or dream with some relevance.

    If that is true, then it is possible there is a lot going on in your life right now that you aren't necessarily confronting or resolving. Although I know I remember dreams most in these periods of life, I also tend to remember a lot of dreams just when I'm very very tired.

    If it isn't affecting your functioning though or the dreams are not disturbing you then you probably have nothing to worry about.

  6. There's nothing wrong with dreaming everyday, even if it's only for a short while. We dream everyday and usually more than 5 times a during our sleep. We just remember one or two if any at all. Dream is like a recharger for our brain and body, or a healing agent. Just enjoy your dreams, and your lucid dreams. Maybe, you might be able to control your dreams if you recognized dreaming every time or every day.
