you have always had bad ankles? Ive never liked running and so have never done it , but now id like to try...my ankles from youth have always been really weak.(lots of sprains ,etc.)..is it still possible to start running? any suggestions? Thanks (trying to lose weight,about 30 pounds ,watching my diet, wrking out with free weights, and walking at the moment...want to run to step it up a bit.)
