loosing 5 lbs a week? I had my son 2 months ago by emergency c-section and just wanted to know if 5 lbs is to much to ask?

  2. 2 lbs a week is the most you should lose but that's even very hard.

  3. Depending on your size it may or may not be too much. I would set your sites a little lower and try for 2 pounds a week, which is more realistic and healthier as well. Besides, if you do hit 5 pounds one week, that be even better, but it wouldn't be a let down if you couldn't obtain that unreachable goal every week.

  4. 5 lbs a week is too much!  Normally 2 lbs a week is a healthy amount.  You should also be losing some water weight.

  5. heyy amanda i listened to what you said and excepted my son for a faggh thatnk you for your input you have made my life and my g*y sons much easier my wife was accepting at first and i will have to be now, your input on my situation was very helpful and has made my family all feel more comfortable knowing that i am accepting

  6. yea it is reasonable. I had my son 2 weeks 3 days ago by emergency c section and in those 2 weeks Ive been losing 6 lbs a week. Lets just hope that it stays that way lol.

  7. NO!  A reasonable and healthy weight loss is 5 pounds a month!  Initially, you will lose more weight in the first few weeks, that will taper off and should taper off to about 1 to 2 pounds a week.
