Question:

Is it too advanced for me?

I've been snowboarding for a total of about 3 weeks and I'd say I'm intermediate. Turning feels natural and I can do a few basic tricks like ollies, 180s and butters etc. I want a board I can really progress on because I want to become a rep for about 10 weeks and think I can get much better in this time.

Is the Burton Feelgood ES with Escapade EST bindings too advanced for me? I want to get the best I can afford and no other boards I've seen compare. Will cope riding it or will I find it difficult to tame? I've only ridden rentals before.

  1. ive been to the burton flagship store in burlington vermont and talked to one of the workers there about the boards. im a beginner rider and i liked the graphics on the Feelgod ES so i asked about this one and she said that it was a pretty advanced board and pretty stiff and not too forgiving. seems like its more for pow definitly not park

    hope this helps

    have fun riding!

  2. Carissa if you are intent on becoming a rep your board will not matter...its all a mindset...

However, the Burton Feelgood ES is gonna be a great board for you, if you want to not ride a Burton and stick out a little in the crowd, take a look at the Womens Arbor Push.... a truly sick deck made with bamboo...progression will come with experience and experience is gained by riding so good luck!!
