every year it seems lyk the top kiwi players are not being released by theyr nrl clubs to play to play in internationals due to surgery! and if not that they find reasons for players not being able to play is this good for the game going into the world cup next year?

  2. Well the best way to solve that problem is to avoid the need for surgery.

    For mine, if any player needs surgery to continue their money paying career, then they porbably should have it when they have maximum time to recover and make money next year.  Perhaps if international teams under-wrote some serious  money, then they might stall surgery!

  3. that's a interesting  point, maybe kiwi kids don't drink enough milk growing up and that's why they are all so injury prone. who knows,

    if they are injured they're injured.

    not fair but that's life.

  4. It's the players decision more than anyones when they need surgery. A players allegiance is to their NRL club. The club pays their wage and provides them with the opportunity to do what they do. Rep footy is a privelege that must be sacrificed if need be for the good of your club.
