Is it wierd to ... pokemon?

Hi, I'm 16, and i still play the pokemon games, and i'm not afraid to tell people i do. In fact, i even convinced a bunch of my friends at school to play pokemon with me. But there are some people at my school who keep telling me that pokemon is g*y and i'm too old for it and i should quit while i can. Do you think pokemon is g*y and that its wierd to still play pokemon at this age?

It's not g*y. But me, I don't really play it a whole lot anymore, but then again, I don't play a whole lot of video games anymore. I'll ussualy only play videos when I'm in the mood(Which isn't alot), or I'm really bored. But I still have some friends that play Pokemon.

By the way, I'm 15.

eh, don't worry about it. I'm a graduate student in college and have a nintendo ds i play to relax after classes. Video games are fun at any age.

No, I think its normal! I'm a 15 year old boy, and I love Pokemon. I watch the tv show and get the games and movies. In fact, I'm planning on getting the new Pokemon Ranger game this autumn! I'm a huge Pokemon fan.

I haven't told anyone in my school about this secret, cause I'm afraid they'll ridicule me too. You're never to old to have fun! Many people grow up too quickly, while others grow up way too slowly. You should stay in touch with your childhood and do  what you really love. I'm afraid of growing up too fast, and I still Pokemon and enjoy it. Don't listen to what others say, do what you want to do.

Now that I've gotten older, its a lot harder to play Pokemon games like before. There's so much homework and studying to do that I barely play in anymore. But there are those days when school is closed and I'm free that I turn on my Nintendo DS and play. Its exciting! I don't think its bad to play Pokemon at your age. Play it as long as you love it and want to. I don't have a plan to give up Pokemon yet, and I doubt I will. Ignore your friends and enjoy Pokemon, childhood, and fun! These times pass by so quickly, and its good to spend some time in touch with them while making plans about your future and education.

No, its not wierd. But you should only play it when you are bored. There are many better things to do out there.
