  1. It doesn't really matter if he wins or not.  He's accomplished plenty.  He just wants a project to occupy his time, and give him a really nice nest-egg to retire on.

  2. I think Tony thinks it is worth or he wouldn't be making the move.  Tony will find a way to win because heck, he's Tony Stewart.  Dale Jr isn't going anywhere.  He has what he needs at Hendrick - in more ways than one.

  3. Junior will be at Hendrick for the next 5 years.

  4. You know at first I really did not think it was worth it, but the more I think about it, it just might be! Now when Tony retires he will still be involved in Nascar. I think he will win a lot. Like everyone in my family thinks what he is doing is dumb and that he is not going to be half as good, but I don't think that at all. Tony knows what he is getting himself into and I think he is going to be fine. About the whole Dale Jr thing, Never gonna happen!

  5. IF I HAD MY I TANK THAT JUNIOR SHOULD GO BUT HE SIGN UP FOR FIVE YEARS

  6. Not sure about Tony...when I heard about him going to ownership I couldn't help but thinking about Rudd, Elliott, and D.W struggling as owner drivers, but if anybody could suceed it would be Tony in my opinion............as far as Jr. goes he will be at hendricks for four more years

  7. junior just signed with hendricks! why would he end his contract? anyway yeah i think it is a good idea because tony isnt happy at gibbs anymore so it isnt good to have an unhappy driver race.

  8. seeing that he was given half-ownership in a company with enough financial backing to have the only rolling road wind tunnel rated for 180mph in the country - simply for going to their team and driving (and getting paid to do it), heck yes. tony was smart enough to know a good deal when he saw it, and joe and j.d. were smart enough to know that it was a great deal for tony (unmatched by any other to date), and a good deal for them as well. and they were classy enough to let him go early, for a price i'm sure, but they didn't HAVE to.

    ;-)

and man, that wind tunnel thing looks cool: http://zedomax.com/blog/2007/04/19/rolli...

  9. I had my doubts about Tony. I've since been silenced.

    I think he'll be fine.

As far as Jr. I think he'll be at HMS for quite some time.

And he has his own company to worry about.

  10. that would be a sick team but no. i wish he would tho

  11. I think he has made a big mistake. No wins anytime soon. No Jr. needs take care of himself right now with HMS.

  12. I think that he will do good and no I don't think Jr will ever go with him.

  13. Tony hasn't  been happy all season.  I think he will do great with his company. I wished Zippy would had went with him, but he chose not to.

As for Junior, they may be good friends but Junior will stay at Hendricks.
