No.  Mitosis is very tightly regulated, and must be in order to maintain our bodies intricate architecture.  In fact, the only places in your body where there is active mitotic cell division is your epithelium (your skin), and your bone marrow that makes blood cells.  Cancer occurs when cells lose this ability to regulate cell division.
