Here's my question I put yesterday:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AklVjkCAv8HCr9QsF6GiMivsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20080817172000AAuO4kT

I noticed is wasn't really a snoring sound,it was kinda like clicking or kinda like a guinea pig, but not. She acts fine now and hasn't done the sound again, she eats and drinks and climbs her cage and today i'll let her exercise is a ball. She also ran on her wheel last night. Last night, when I wrote my question, i don't think i described it well, IT WAS NOT SNORING, I MADE A MISTAKE. I see no need to take her to the vet. she may have been dreaming or something. she acts totally fine now and i'd still like you to answer on this question just to tell me if i need to do anything else or something.

  1. Hi

just to be sure this problem doesn't come back, keep an eye on your hammy and watch for signs of ill health. that is all you need to do.

    hope this helps.

  2. Your hamster makes those noises to commuicate with other animals and with you. It's natual. You do not need to do anything, just that your hamster cares for you. It will be alright!

  3. Hamster make noises to communicate with other animals and you. My hamster makes a ton of noises when I get near the cage and I had another one that would make a lot too. Its just what they do. :)

    Hope I helped!

  4. Maybe she wants attention.

As you said, I once had a guinea pig, and he would whine and weet 24/7 just for attention. He'd do it when he was hungry too.

Have you cleaned their cage lately? Maybe they're not happy about something.
