Is my little cousin an atheist?

my little cousin(hes only a year old) was given a little little bible and he threw it away. every time someone tried to give it to him or made him hold it he just threw it back. is he an atheist?

  4. At a year old no he's not.  Kids do that especially if you try to force them to hold something most likely it will end up on the floor.  I wouldn't worry about it.  In fact you should read it to him and I bet he'll bring it back to you again and again so you can keep reading it to him.
