My sister is 8 years old, 4 feet 2 and ways 90 pounds.Is my little sister fat??

I would never call an eight year old fat. She is a little bigger than some kids her age, but that may just even itself out. My daughter was the biggest kid in her class and then came back the next year smaller than everyone else.
