  1. it is, but its also real expensive, real dangerous and really unnecessary. Its done by amniocentesis, which is pretty dangerous unless youre looking for some serious birth defects...Its better and safer for baby to wait until after its born. anytime an amnio is performed, there is some really high risks....i dont see dna or gender testing as being important enough for the risks associated with it.

  2. no i haven't had it done. but it is real. you have to go to great lengths to actually get it done though.

  3. It is real and like 99.999% effective.

Doesn't work with twins though, as in if you were trying to find your father, and he had a twin it wouldn't work.

  4. Actually I had an aunt that had extensive testing done on her child in the first trimester to see if it had any diseases (such as downsydrome or autism). She had planned to abort if the child was not completely healthy (i disagree with this, but she did it, and it is real) ... if they can do that, I don't see why they wouldn't be able to pull a paternity out of it while they're at it ... (that's what I'm assuming you're after)

  5. Yeah its real and no im a guy

  6. Yes prenatal DNA testing is real. It can be done with a CVS test or an amniocentesis. I have not had it done but it has been used in many forensic cases that I have studied.
