Is primitive culture complex in nature?

culture alone is thought to be complex as it deals with various aspects of life.. primitive culture is said to be the basis of modern culture...

how can primitive culture be complex when it is from which that modern culture is founded on?

No.  Why call it primitive if it's complex in nature?  Western culture is complex, original and progressive.  Non-western cultures are different perhaps, but while they are not all primitive, it is not wrong to criticize the negative aspects of them, as they criticize us for our excesses.  We are not always right, you know, but we do have a point on certain things: women's rights, secularism, individualism, rule of law, peace, democracy, self-defense, the environment, free speech, sexual liberation, moderacy in religion, etc.

'Primitive Culture' isn't just one thing, there are many so-called 'primitive' cultures.  Calling them primitive, for one thing, is a value judgement, implying it is somehow inferior to modern culture.  Perhaps the very reason why so many tribal cultures haven't changed much over the millenia is because they didn't need to.  

How do you define complexity?  A society may  be 'simple' in terms of its structures (not so many groups, institutions and divisions) but it may well be culturally rich in terms of mythology, rituals, symbolism, etc.  

You can't say modern culture is founded on primitive culture, because the majority of tribal cultures had very little to do with influencing the development of modern culture, certainly up until the recent rise in global communications.  Your question implies that complexiy can't give rise to complexity - why ever not?

It is,,for example., u see, u know animism?...If u wud luk at it u may say its some kind of a dumb thing but It is actually complex in nature,,u see the ancestors actually examined measuremnts of insects and plants to get complex conclusions of how it came to be a god...

Lets just say that,,in todays world,,its more complex,,because the origin is complex
