he has been with this other swiss lady for a long time now, she is just a girl from a tiny cow town in switzerland.

Thats how they do it in Europe, the are called partners, they live together, they pay there own bills (i hope not in mister nike contract boys case), BUT they are not married no rings no nothing until they have a kid.
