She's okay. The dark hair w/light eyes is nice but overall she is alright. Nothing exceptional or extraordinary. The nose and smile can use some work.

Yes, attractive girl even though that is not a very flattering photograph.  What's wrong with the color?  Is this a prom pic or something?  She doesn't look like she's really being herself in this pic.  She looks like she's only pretending to smile.  

I know the trend these days is to use makeup that gives a polished look, but I agree with whomever said that the point of make-up is to look like you aren't wearing any.  

This girl would look her best if she kept Natalie Wood (off camera) in mind when doing her hair and makeup.
