Is surveysavvy free?

is it a legitimate site? is it 100% free to use etc..i read its terms and it says that they will charge you $$1 for every month that you do not use the site after 12 months of inactivity? what does this mean?? will they make me pay or what? thanks

As far as I know it is free. Ive been a member for about two months now and its one of the best free survey sites out there.
