Is the NATO outdated?

Question

Whose interest does NATO still serve, and which countries would be better off without it? Is it capable of fighting terrorism, or dealing with future threats comparable with what the USSR represented in the cold war?

I think it's oudated.  With the collapse of the Soviet Union, I think it's time to review our collective security arrangements.

yes that is very old equipment and was stopped in the US years ago.

No, we still need the NATO to defend the Free World against the communists, the terrorists and the Iranian threat.
