I watched the fight at a local bar. They had both the UFC "spider" silva fight alongside the Affliction Banned Fedor / Silvia matchup. After four grueling hours of mma fighting I finally got to see the fight i (and everyone else) had been waiting for. Silvia, when at the top of his game, can be pretty effective. The problem is, he's fighting the BEST mma guy on the planet in Fedor. Fedor essentially did what randy couture did in the couture/silvia fight and bum rushed Tim and beat him down. It was lightening quick you could hardly see what happened, except that tim was in trouble. He stumbled, tried to recover and fell. After that Fedor mounted Tim from the back and sunk his hooks in for the rear naked choke finish. It was an impressive display of firepower from the best in the business.

it was over before it even started...it was embarassing.  I'm in 100% agreement with Guido's post above.  PRIDE fighters are the best MMA fighters in the world.  People here in American don't know any better--especially when you hear people say "I want to train in UFC"-that shows you that people think UFC=MMA........WRONG!!  Randy wouldn't be able to beat Fedor, he will come pretty darn close though I think

oh my god it was a quick fight!!! 36 seconds of pride supreme fighting. just more proof that the pride fighters are the best out there!! dana white eat your heart out!!! fedor will beat randy hands down!!! randy has a 66% win rate and fedor is almost 100% if you look at randys list of fights its kinda lame. chuck liddel 3 times vitor belfort 3 times josh barnett ko'ed him my lord how do people consider him even in the top ten. a true mma fan knows but a if your just a ufc fan you have no clue i guess.

the most amazing 36 seconds of fury ever unleashed on a  human being. Sylvia was literally in his own blood from fedors 6 punch combo as he was tapping out from his submission.
