There is so much c**p going on. Huge earthquakes..war..strange weather? It feels real!!

People have always lived with the fear of the end of the world, ever since the begining of human society.  There is nothing new here.

Is the end near? It really is a guessing game and everyone has there own point of view. I don't know if the end is near or not.But I believe that there will be an end to this planet, our beautiful earth. What a shame when that day comes. We are the ones that are killing this planet. With polution, taking all we can get from our environment and destroying it. Wasting so something things in our lives. There's not enough people out there recycling and helping to keep our environment safe and healthy. We can't even live in peace. War and hate consume this world and that's really really sad. We are only hurting ourselves and making the end come closer and closer with each passing moment.

You know, there are alot of theories out there and some factual stuff to point to the end of days beginning in the year 2012.   That's when the next major meteor is supposed to "come close" to hitting us but it's supposed to just barely miss us.  Of course, my astronomy teacher claims that calculations like that are often slightly off and that being slightly off can give you a completely false result when the meteor is that close.   So, in theory the current calculations could be off slightly and it could smack right into us.   Then you have the end of the Mayan calendar, changing weather patterns, global warming, depleteing oil reserves (which is supposed to get pretty serious around 2012) etc. etc.  

I personally don't by into the whole end of days prophecies or anything like that, but I will be watching that meteor pretty close.   If it smacks into us, we're dead.  If it doesn't, then you can expect our end to come at a much more gradual pace, brought on by weather changes, loss of crops and animal food sources, loss of habitable land, etc. brought on by global warming.  Loss of lives brought on by drug resistant bacteria and viruses.  And overpopulation and everything that brings with it.   It will likely be slower though than some massive event (with the exception of the disease scenario, which would likely dessimate the population pretty quickly)

I have lived through several 'Ends of the World' now, and it has not changed one bit!

Earthquakes much larger than those that have recently occurred, have happened  throughout history.

There is no more 'Strange Weather' as you call it, than what has ever happened in the past.

War is a problem which is something that mankind can actually do something about.

The 'END' will only happen when our life giving source 'The Sun', fails to provide our requirements, billions of years from now.

I would suggest that you learn a little science and history.

Your feelings will soon dissipate!

I don't know and no one can say for sure.  Some preachers do focus on end time prophesies, I would discourage you from focusing on that style of preaching.  One should live life each day at a time for no one knows when they will die for life it fragile.  I would encourage you to plan your future and live one day at a time, and treat people with kindness and respect. Jesus taught to always be prepared, and don't worry about to tomorrow for today has enough worries of its own.  

If you worry about such events you will forget to live today and that is sad because life is worth living.

it is real.  the end is always near as long as man has access to the technology to create a doomsday device.  As long as nuclear weapons exist, the end is always near.  So fear not, and go quietly into the night.  it won't really be quite, we'll probably die long painful deaths when the end comes.

To be honest, In my own opinion, I think it is near. My pastor talks about the end and being prepared a lot. I'm kinda scared, but aren't we all? There's so much devastation everywhere. Just be prepared, if you know what I mean.
