If I'm listing some finding from a study, eg, they found that 62% of people thought.......48% though........ etc, and you cant think of any way of re-wording it so write it out in the exact same way they have, is it plagiarism even if you give a reference?

  2. You have to at least cite the study itself, even if you don't directly quote the source you got the information from.

  3. I dont think its plagiarism if you say "According to _____, 62% of people ... and 48% thought...". As long as you ar not copying a large chunck of text, it should not be a problem

  4. What you want to do is not plagiarism.  You are quoteing facts.

Plagiarism is when you copy some written material and you pass it off as being yours.

  5. not if you put it in quotations.

if you put it in quotes, then it wont be plagiarism, but be sure to give credit. When you say "According to____" you are giving credit.
