Is the new fire fox3 good?

i see yahoo recommends fire fox 3 but is it any good. i have norton internet security so is it better than that?

Yes firefox3 is a good & secure web browser, It seems to be marginally quick then firefox2.It even has a good early warning mechanism when a user tends to go on an attacking site that seems to in-flick damage.

I haven't noticed a difference, so it's at least as secure as FF2. If you have a lot of add-ons, some of them may not have been updated for FF3.

You seem to be confusing Firefox with a security program... Firefox is a browser like Internet Explorer. While Firefox is more secure than Internet Explorer, don't confuse it with any security program.

Firefox 3 is good but there seems to be a combatibility issues like websites and other add-ons and toolbars but definitely is good as it addresses the memory leak found on version 2 and improved its security in surfing.
