  1. Well actually Global Warming is either gonna kill us, during the summer most likely

    or

The Mayans' were correct about the Earth blowing up in 2012...whatever you think is more likely

  2. When we Die- the World "ends". Til THEN, we suffer the "slings & arrows" of Life, & "go on..."  It's the way it's ALWAYS Been... & the "Way" it'll always BE...  So fear not! TOMORROW- is Another Day!  :)

  3. It will end someday, but no-one knows when.

I am optimistic.  I think we will be able to overcome these obstacles more or less in due time, with a lot of work, I think we will be around for quite a while yet.

  4. Well, believe it or not, studies have shown that only .33% of all available land on this earth is used for human settlements. Trust me, there is a lot of space left. As for food, Roger Revelie, director of the harvard center for population studies estimated that the crop yeild in africa alone is capable of feeding 10 billion people, and our population is only about 6 1/2 billion. Also, there is lots of evidence that global warming is just a myth, and it is a fact that co2 levels and temperature fluctuate a lot, and are not entirely dependant on each other in controlling earth's temperature. As for terrorism, rising food and fuel costs, however bad, this alone can't ensure the end of our world. If the world is to end, then it will either be through the universe coming to an end (which wouldn't be for billions and billions and billions of years) or if you are religious, through some sort of rapture or apocalypse. I have a feeling we'll be on this earth for a long, long, long time.

  5. Not everybody will die. The world will be fine. It's just civilization that will end.

  6. Before WWII we had the leaders who could deal with crisis then because it less complex then and we used our own hearts, hands, and will to overcome it, but the mind is what finished the deal using technology to do it. However, people have lost faith in our leaders because they too feel their inadequacy in not even knowing what to do about the crisis where in now. We all seem to be waiting for something to lift us out of this mess, I guess from some supernatural source determined by their beliefs. The problem to this is some are in conflict with their beliefs which makes people fearful thinking the world will come to an end. Yes the old world will end soon, but a new one is coming. When the Declaration of Independence was signed, the new world at the time emerged. Now, as a world we are going to have to declare independence from the instituion of governent we created then, and look for the leader that will run the new one. Many believe it will be Jesus, but remember the Revolutionary War for America lasted for years like this one were going through now. Just be patient. Good things come to those who wait.

  7. food and fuel costs have always been rising..  its called inflation.  Long before I was though of, a loaf of bread was less than 25 cents..  my parents remember when you could get a burger at McDonald's for 5 cents.

Economy has never been great..  there is always people in poverty.  Actually its better than what it was years ago..  there was a time when there was no "middle class"  either you were royalty or you were a peasant.. there was no in-between.  Most people in the US and other richer countries can afford luxuries anyways..  even many people in "poverty" still have computers, internet, a video game system or smoke cigarettes.  I dont really know anyone who's picking and scrounging every last penny just to pay bills and eat..  pretty much everyone I know still manages to afford a few luxuries.

Global warming?  Theres been times we still get record lows.

    Population has always been growing.

The world will end someday..  when?  Probably when the sun dies..  it is a star and will not last forever.

  8. Some day it will...but think about it.  The 1930's had much of the same going on.  There was tons of killling, drought, dust bowl, depression, 25% unemployment...on and on.  So it is a cycle that things go through.  But indeed some day the end will come.

For what will happen, people will survive this and we will go through a period of good times again too.  Keep your chin up!

  9. Its been the end of the world since the beginning of time.
