Is there a Laundrymat in India?

A place where the people of India wash clothes, If there is a wash House or laundrymat, it is expensive are cheap and do this sound like a good Investment?

  1. I don't think it would be a good investment. People either use  a "dhobi" - laundryman, or have servants who wash clothes by hand, or else wash their own clothes by hand, or with a washing machine. Washing machines are not that expensive any more and most middle class homes have them, either the fully automatic or the twin tub type (less people going for the semi-automatic these days).

    I don't think you would find much demand for it.


  2. we wash cloths with reputed laundry.you have it in every street it is not expensive because we do not import detergent from china or we do not by from wall mart but our detergents are exported with ISO tatas Hindustan lever manufactures.by the way you are asking this qstn by seeing documentary.investing in laundry is a good business but if you do it McDonnell's style you loose money since people here like result not false prestige
