  1. Most soy sauce is vegan, and some taco sauce is. Beware though; the brand of taco sauce you get may have meat, depending on if it's thick or thin. Just look at the ingredients. =)

As for the alfredo sauce, no. It just has milk.

Ramen noodles, no. It might have eggs, but it's not likely.

Marshmellows, no, but they do have gelatin, which are boiled tendons of animals.

  2. Alfredo sauce is fine

Ramen noodles are fine, but the seasoning usually is not.  Only Oriental flavor of certain brands is ok.

    Marshmallows almost always have gelatin.

Soy sauce and taco sauce should be fine.

As the others have said, you just have to get used to reading the labels on everything you eat.

I sometimes get the Sante Fe Style Rice and Beans from Lean Cuisine.  A couple weeks ago, I got the same exact thing from Smart Ones and I almost ate it before I noticed it had gelatin.

  3. no to all

  4. I don't think soy sauce or taco sauce have ny meat in them. Marshmallows DO contain meat, but you can find non-meat version of them. I recommend veganstore.com.

Alfredo sauce and ramen noodles depend on the type, so you'll have to read the package. Most alfredo doesn't contain meat, but some do have stuff, such as rennet (part of a stomach). Most ramen DOES have meat, but a few of them, such as the mushroom flavor, are veg safe.

  5. It really depend on the brand. You have to start reading labels. And know what things are, like rennet and geletin etc. -which are from animals. I'm not vegan either, but I've been vegetarian for 15 years and sometimes still get caught eating something with animal products in it because I assumed it was safe-without reading the label.

  6. Alfredo sauce does not have meat in it, but there's a chance that the parmesan cheese was coagulated with rennet, which is a slaughter by-product.

Ramen noodles should be vegetarian, but it's highly likely that the seasoning packet won't be.

Marshmallows are made with gelatin, which is not meat, but is a slaughter by-product.

Basically, you have to get used to reading labels.  Gelatin, meat broths, lard, beef fat and ingredients like "chicken powder" lurk in a lot of prepared foods that appear on the surface to be vegetarian.  You'll get used to it though and you'll find brands that you can rely on.  You can also find cheeses that are specifically labeled either as rennet-free or made with vegetable rennet.

  7. uhm i hope not! but why do you wanna know this!!!

  8. Alfredo sauce has dairy, ramen has chicken fat in the soup packet, marshmallows have gelatin which comes from joints, bones and/or skin.  Soy sauce and taco sauce are fine.

  9. They shouldn't!:)

  10. Marshmellows have gelatin in them, which is bones and whatnot.

None of the others have meat, I think.

  11. alfredo sauce-no , mostly just cream and parmassane cheese

    ramen noodles-no depending on brand

marshmallows-have Gelatine which is collagene taken from animals connective tissue

Just read packages. Or ask the restaurant.
