Your deck is WAAAAAYYYYYYYY too big!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you have about the right amount of monsters. good is 20-25. You should only have about 10-13 magic cards. And, you should only have 7-12 trap cards. Get rid of your 2 armed dragons, and get rid of about half of your magics and traps.

It's been a while since I played Yu-Gi-Oh so please bare with me.

Some of the dragons in your deck, probably should be upgraded to more powerful ones, ( Winged Dragon of the Fortress#1 , Koumouri Dragon ) such as other Luster Dragons, (same attribute I think), and you might be able to get rid of Just Desserts, cause in my opinion, I found that it never really helped.

Other than a few minor things, I'd say it's pretty good.  Get familiar with it and show the others what a Dragon deck can do    =D

It's superbly bad. Too many cards and it's all over the place. The monsters aren't very effective too. What the h**l is harpie's baby dragon doing there?
