Is this a good tennis racquet?

It looks like a pretty good racket i guess, but It really depends what kind of player your are, that racket would probably be good for a beginner since the racquet's head is so big. But i use a mid size plus, the decision on what racket is completely related on your level of skill. If you are a beginner then you should use a oversize, but if you are a skilled player then i suggest getting a mid size plus.

Oh man stay away from Prince! If you can blow $100 or more go with Babolat. If you only have $100 go with Dunlop. But stay away from Prince! (Oh and if you happen to have an extra $200+ go with Wilson! ;-] )

Raquet specifically, that's a bit pricey for the quality. I have seen some good raquets by Prince, (this isn't one of them, sorry) and they were usually priced higher than they should have been and higher than comparative raquets from other companies. But hey, brand loyalty is brand loyalty, I geuss.

Besides brand, it's a better idea to buy in person, or at least check out the model before you buy it over the internet. Also, tennis raquets are one of the few things that can be more expensive online than in a store.

There are a lot of factors to think about. Among them: sweet spot size, and in turn head size, neck length, string tension, weight, grip, handle, materials, etc. Ya can't play with a raquet before you buy it online. You can't even swing it or feel the weight balance!

I totaly agree with adeel this raquet is horrible not so much because its prince but because of the holes that are but on the side of the raquet to "enhance the swing speed" I have owned this raquet (sold it) and i can say from experience that even though you feel a slightly faster motion it robs you of all your power if you looking for a good raquet look at wilsons or babolats those are each one level above the conversation personally i use a Babolat Roddick Pro Drive it is a very good raquet provides plenty of power and control i dont like wilson but alot of people do the one raquet that i did like made by wilson was the K-Blade it also had a great feel but just STAY AWAY FROM THIS RAQUET

its a moderate racket but a bit pricey try a heavier racket don't forget shock absorbers and some good grips.
