Scrambled eggs with toast (wheat with no butter), some huge grapes, and a yogurt?

  1. My only critique would be to add a little more fiber. Try ezekiel bread instead of wheat.


  2. How active are you? How much do you eat throughout the day? How often do you eat?

  3. Your doing ok unless you scrambled 10 eggs.

  4. Sounds healthy to me! As long as those eggs weren't scrambled in fatty butter or oil. Also, a suggestion to make it a bit more healthier is to pick a low fat yogurt or one that contains lots of nutrients. I've see yogurts around that claim to be good for your heart and urinary tract, lower cholesterol, and even prevent cancer! Hey, their worth a shot. :P  

  5. this is a very healthy breakfast. to make it just a little better you could have scrambled egg whites. this lowers the calorie count and cholesterol of the eggs.
