I am at college and I am trying to eat healthier. My daily intake looks something like this:
Breakfast- cereal OR english muffin with margarine OR omelette, 1 piece of fruit, yogurt
Lunch- turkey sandwich (with mayo lettuce and cheese) OR salad OR tomato, spinach and mozzarella sandwich, 1 piece of fruit
Dinner- pasta with grilled chicken OR salad (depending on lunch), 1 serving of vegetables, 1 piece of fruit
I don't snack, and I only drink water, and I try to get a variety of different fruits and veggies. Am I eating enough/ too much? Is this healthy??
