Is this a paranormal experience?

one day back in 1992 i was at my house with a friend we just got through eating dinner and this is when it began i started sweating and shaking and feeling weird all over i told my mom and she just said it was hormonal and it will go away, i told my friend i had this feeling to go and drive around but i was so messed up i had to get him to drive me in my car which i never would do i never let anybody drive my car. well while we were driving i told him i had this weird feeling to go to burger king and also we had to go this way which was a longer way to get there ,while we were almost there we stopped at the intersection in front of burger king we saw a head on colision we parked the car at burger king and went to the wreck i instantly stopped sweating and shaking when i looked in the car and saw my friend who was white and all mangled up in the back seat, he died instantly, is this coincidental or a sign of something else

Negative.  Are you absolutely certain that you felt all those things BEFORE the wreck?  Or are you simply remembering feeling that way afterwards and your mind is recalling it as a terrible feeling all day?  Or maybe you were just hormonal,  mom's are pretty smart.  There is no such thing as a "paranormal experience."

yes I feel that was a paranormal experience.  I am sorry that you had to see your friend die.  I also hope this does not happen to you alot

Well, it depends on how you define paranormal. I think this was intuitive and likely a premonition or feeling that something was about to occur. I truly believe that we are meant to be where we are at any given time, and you were meant to be there. I'm very sorry that it had to be such an experience. But I think you can take solace in the fact that you were meant to be there for whatever reason.
