  1. Sounds like sleep paralysis to me. I'm sure that's what it is. Don't worry, it's not paranormal.

  2. So many people ask this question.

    It's called "Sleep Paralysis".

If you relax and let it go...I swear...you can come out of your body and Astral Project.

  3. Yes there are terms to describe such feelings.  If you're awake it's called your imagination.  If you're asleep it's called a dream.

  4. What you are describing sounds similar to paresthesias, which is the medical term for an abnormal sensation related to sleep disorders. It can be associated with RLS and in some cases part of sleep paralysis. This is generally not considered paranormal, but those that have it often think it is at the time symptoms show. This can also include sensations of noises, smells, levitation, and the presence of an intruderer.

    Hope this helps.

  5. This is called sleep paralysis, it's VERY common and well studied.  The effects differ from person to person though many show similarities such as visual/auditory hallucinations, feeling a heavy weight upon your chest etc.

It's scary, but it's not paranormal.  It did give rise to a lot of myths concerning the paranormal.

  6. i usually get a deja vu feelings because the scene reminds me of the one in a dream i have before the event

  7. sleep paralysis ~ google it
