Is this a virus? virtumonde.dll?

Question

my computer is currently being scanned by spybot and it is searching thru files in a folder i think is called Virtumonde.dll is that a virus?? because i have just got rid of norton and i have spybot and avg and nothing has picked a virus up.

if it is can you tell me how to get rid of it please

Spybot is and adware and cookie finder.  And is way behind the times with today techology.  Plus does not find viruses.  AVG, is not all that good in detecting spyware or viruses.
