i agree that it depends on what you are auditioning for, but also remember that taking monologues from websites like this means there are other people who might have the same monologue and thats NEVER good. i suggest finding monologues from scripts. it takes some work, but you might be better off. you can get scripts from libraries and bookstores. i would give you some suggestions of plays, but i don't know what you are auditioning for, or what your type is. sorry.

It depends on what your auditioning for. If you beleive it's good then you'll have enough confidence to deliver the monolouge to whoever your reading it to. That's what makes you get the part.
