  1. Well..not technically.

    Egyptians are a race/culture.

The Goddess is a diety, usually Pagan.

    Mummies are dead bodies embalmed/preserved.

Cleopatra was the Queen of the Nile.

Medusa was a Greek myth about a beautiful girl who compared her beauty to Aphrodite, and was turned into a snake-haired, stone-at-a-glance monster, from whose head supposedly sprang Pegasus. Her sisters were her fellow Gorgons, whose stories aren't quite so exciting.

If you want a blanket topic, excluding Medusa, it would be Egyptian history, as the Goddess could be given the name Isis.

  2. ummmm i agree with that guy above me lol. Medusa was from a greek mythilogical tale, in which she is included in the story of Herecles (or hercules) and Jason and the Arganauts, so there you have it...

  3. Egyptians are natives of the country called Egypt.

Godess refers to a female God.

    Mummies are women with kids

    OR

    Embalmed ancient Egyptians.

CleoPATRA was a "queen" of Egypt; a Greek descendant (ie the house of Ptolemy) during the time of the Roman empire.

Medusa was a Greek Godess, as were the Gorgons (her sisters).

So you've slid from Egypt into Grecian mythology/history as well as the Roman period.
