  1. I would say ATI is better for price, and if you could upgrade I would upgrade the CPU to Q9450, the thing about it is that it has 12MB of cache, which could be really useful.  That graphics card is fine, but if you want to play hardware intensive games on maxed settings, you might have some problems.

  2. i would say it could be, but i would have atleast 500 gb hardrive and a way better graphics/video card maybe like geforce 8800 or 9800,   the first digit stands for how new it is the second stands for how good it is and the memory in the video card is also important

  4. first this is NOT a phone, have the courtesy to type out your question.

second put it at least a Cooler Master or Corsair PSU with an Asus P5Q PRO motherboard and HyperX memory from Kingston. Also put in a single 4870 GPU...

I made a couple of changes to the rig but with everyone posting you probably wont see them. if you change to what I recommended it will run $1032 and will be a great rig. I would suggest an additional 2gig of RAM and if you can buy from newegg and put it together yourself. you will save around $300 to $400 for the same setup...

    EDIT

the 4870 series beats any nVidia card except the GTX 280. and now that the X2 cards are out you can get a single card that will DESTROY the nVidia card for the same money...

  5. That computer is nothing compared to a computer you could build yourself. You're paying more than you need to. For a configuration that is similar to mine, you are paying a few, several hundred more dollars for that than you should be paying.

Besides that, I would recommend the ATI HD4000 series (any of them is good enough) or the NVIDIA GTX200 series.

I also recommend that you ask this question in General Hardware at [H]ardForum (http://www.hardforum.com/).
