Is this considered virgin hair?

First, virgin hair means hair that's never been chemically processed or dyed. Soo.... if someone dyed their hair but grew it out and cut off all the processed parts would it be considered virgin hair?

  1. consider it like this if you dyed your hair full head and in 3 wks you had i 1inch regrowth then the 1inch new hair would be virgin hair the rest would not as it still has dye on it

  4. As long as the all the hair that is ON YOUR HEAD has had not been chemically treated in any shape or form you would treat it as a virgin application.
